Welcome to The Authors Haunt Animal Tales Fiction Writing Project.  This is just one of the many ongoing Writing Projects here at The Authors Haunt.  These projects are open to all members and authors who want to try their hand at experimenting with a new style, format or theme, or to simply develop their existing skills.

This particular Writing Project is entitled "Animal Tales".  The Project itself is an exercise in empathy, a challenge designed to force writers to look at the world through foreign eyes - in this case, the eyes of an animal.  To ensure variety we are permitting only one story for each animal.  In other words, a story has already been written from the perspective of an ant, so you won't find a second story from an ant's perspective in the list of stories below.
